All orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Once I receive your order, I will get it out to you as soon as possible. Typically, I ship out orders once a week.
Prints are enclosed in an acid-free plastic sleeves and packed in ridged cardboard mailers.
3. Order Status
Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with order and tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
4. United States Orders
If you receive a damaged item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. I will provide you with a email to send a photo of the damaged product and packaging.
5. International Orders
You are responsible for all import taxes or other customs related fees your country requires. Once I have shipped an order internationally it is out of my control. Also note that I cannot guarantee any sort of arrival time for international shipments, as these can vary from 1 week to 2 months. Libby's Garden Project is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the order leaves the US. There are no refunds if your package is lost or damaged.
All sales are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review all photos and descriptions carefully.
Purchased prints may vary from images on the web as computer monitors are calibrated differently. Please understand there might be slight variances. Prints are handmade and the paper they are printed on add a tactile experience such as texture. All prints include a 1" border around the image to allow for future matting and framing, if desired.
8. Permission For Usage
All photographs on Libby's Garden Project are by Libby Sinsabaugh unless otherwise noted. Please contact email@example.com for permission prior to any usage, including social media.
